Fully stocked waterway home with a private dock and private pool. All the comforts of home. Beautiful views and fenced in yard for the kids and approved pets. Private pool in the backyard and just 5 minutes to the beach. Linens and towels provided. Sit out on the back deck and enjoy watching dolphins swim in the waterway! Fish off the dock! Two living areas so the kids can play or watch their shows downstairs while the parents hang out in the upstairs living room! Toys, legos, books, coloring books with crayons and video games. Boat lift use can be added for an additional fee.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please start a load of the beach/pool towels if used.
If you can leave the sheets in the bedrooms they belong but strip the beds, that is great but not required.
Please throw away all food and remember to take the trash out on Thursdays
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The Boat lifts are NOT to be used unless written permission and the fee is paid.
Must sign and agree to rental terms for the house.

Beautiful house with an excellent view. Amenities were well-organized and we had plenty of room for all guests. Pool was pretty dirty when we arrived, but it was fixed with a little bit of work.

Beautiful Property!

We spent two weeks on this beautiful property! The owners were great and very attentive to any issues that came up. Our kids loved the big yard and pool, and the location was great and close to several beach towns and restaurants.

Great Family Vacation

Wonderful experience. Host was absolutely awesome. She was so responsive to our questions and made sure we had everything we needed. The view of the waterway was stunning from the house and the pool. Took full advantage of our week with boating, fishing and crabbing from the dock, swimming in the pool, relaxing on the decks, and exploring Ocean Isle and Shallotte.

Serene Getaway

Beautiful view, easy access to necessities, easy check in and out. We rented the lift and enjoyed that greatly! Lower level is great for young family and small kids to allow space for them to spread out and adult space upstairs. We will be back!

Beautiful Views

Our family enjoyed our stay and it was perfect for our family of eight! The pictures don't do it justice, the views of the intercostal waterways from both inside and outside the house are beautiful. The kids enjoyed the pool and the house had plenty of room for everyone!

Peaceful Getaway

Home was absolutely beautiful and clean. Great communication with the host. We were a family of 8, 6 adults, 10 year old and an infant. This house was more than enough room. My adult boys enjoyed fishing off the private pier and the private pool was so relaxing. We are already planning a trip to stay at this beautiful home again.

AMAZING STAY

Came down for a long weekend with the extended family. Megan was very responsive. There was a notebook with lots of helpful info for the area. The guys fished off the dock at night. Kids had a blast playing in the pool. House is a short drive to the beach & Calabash. House layout was upstairs/downstairs. The downstairs area was perfect for the kids to hang out/sleep without the adults 'bothering' them! House was AMAZING!

First off, the views are absolutely stunning—I could sit outside all day enjoying the serenity. When booking, I could tell the house was a little dated, but for a last-minute holiday weekend I figured the views would make up for it. Unfortunately, the issues started right away. On arrival, the house was hot and the AC didn’t cool for hours. I contacted the owner, who promised a repair the next day. We also discovered the master toilet wouldn’t flush and that the downstairs bed was infested with baby spiders, leaving that room unusable.The next day three different service people arrived. One admitted the toilet had been broken for a while, though it was finally replaced. The AC wasn’t fixed until 4pm the second day, and while the sheets were changed in the spider room, that did little to ease our discomfort. When I voiced my frustration, the owner’s response was “at least it was a nice day to be outside” and an offer to buy us pizza—hardly compensation for no AC, a broken toilet, and bug issues over a pricey holiday weekend.We aren’t ones to leave negative reviews, but this home needs serious attention. I understand bugs are common near water, but professional pest control should be in place instead of cans of Raid. Having to spend so much time coordinating with repair workers and keeping watch over valuables wasn’t how I wanted to spend my vacation. The views are truly beautiful, but the lack of maintenance and compassion from the owner made this stay very disappointing.
