Bungalow at the Bay 3 Bedroom Vacation Home
Enjoy our spacious 3-bedroom 2 bath, quaint coastal retreat. This home is perfect for couples and those with a small family. This home has all the amenities you will need to enjoy your stay. Our home has an open floor plan with smart TVs throughout.
Tired of being inside? Don’t worry we have you covered, enjoy the beautiful patio to feel the bay breeze and soak in the sunshine. The house is uniquely positioned under a beautiful oak tree that provides ample shade opportunities throughout the day.
The driveway is large enough to accommodate 3 cars and or a large truck and a boat.
Pawley’s Island Beach is stunning and is only a short drive away, 20 minutes. Huntington Beach is a gem amongst gems. If you love low key beaches and gorgeous views look no further, 25 minutes. There are a lot of great restaurants in the area. River Room, Georgetown SC, 7 minutes, Marker 42 Low Country Cantina, Georgetown SC, 7 minutes, Root, Georgetown SC, 6 minutes, Rustic Table, Pawley’s Island, 24 minutes, Frank’s Outback, Pawley’s Island, 22 minutes Food Lion, Dollar General & gas stations are just minutes from the house and the downtown historic district is about 5 minutes from us.
Our home is in Maryville, a suburban neighborhood near Winyah Bay. Our street is quiet, well maintained and peaceful. HWY 17 which goes all the way from Charleston to Myrtle Beach is only a few minutes from our home.
An array of Resort Amenities include: 4 centrally located golf courses, indoor pool, outdoor pool with lazy river and play plaza, health and fitness center, bike rentals and bike trails, wireless internet access, and Starbucks.
