Oceanfront Condo - Beautiful Setting For a Memorable Vacation IOP Permit#P-00560


A picture paints a thousand words, so picture your family vacationing on your oceanfront condo balcony having breakfast while watching the sun come up over the ocean. Enjoy the cool ocean breeze and unobstructed views as you relax on the balcony. Swim in the pool or take a stroll along pristine beaches within the exclusive Wild Dunes Resort.

In 2023/2024, the entire exterior of the building was completely removed down to the steel beams. Fire and waterproofing was updated to current code. The steel beams were repaired or replaced. New exterior walls/painting was done. The building now looks brand new. Summerhouse is now probably the safest oceanfront building in the Charleston area!!

A new HVAC unit was installed in 2025. In 2024, the master bath was remodeled with a large marble tiled walk-in shower with glass doors for easy access. Also, all windows were replaced with hurricane proof double panel windows. New flooring was added throughout the condo in 2022.

This condo has been created for your comfort, in the hope of giving you a feeling of home from the minute you open the door. You won’t find a more comfortable, relaxing, beautiful place for your vacation. To top it off, we even have a little beach buggy (wagon) for you to use during your stay, which makes it so much easier for families to get everything they need down to the beach in one trip. We just added a separate locked storage shed under the building specific for 303. All beach chairs and sand toys/wagon are stored there now.
Pickleball Players, Wild Dunes has 6 pickleball courts for your playing pleasure. They are located on court 18 at the tennis facility. Bring your paddles!

This condo was perfect for our trip — super clean, comfy, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were great, and the view of the ocean from the balcony was great. We loved being so close to the beach and having plenty of space to relax. You can tell the owners take good care of it. We’d definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful family vacation in the Isle of Palms. The condo was clean, comfortable, in a beautiful gated community, the owner & staff were easy to contact, & prepared us perfectly for our stay. There's plenty of things to do in the area as well, it's uncommercialized, & very family friendly. I'd recommend the condo & area to anyone.

Overall great condo, excellent attention to detail and just a marvelous stay. The deck is very well appointed, with a fantastic view. Only suggestion would be beach chairs for the unit, however that is simply a minor suggestion to a great place to stay in IOP. 5 stars!

What a fun time! The rental was clean, well appointed and festively beach themed. Beach and pool were great. Rental has a beach trolley with a couple of beach chairs and noodles to use. Very helpful. Lovely condo! Great stay!

I can not say anything negative about this condo and it is definitely a 5. It is a lovely, well maintained, very clean and inviting home. The kitchen is well equipped and there is an extra large balcony with a great view. We spent many hours out there. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay and definitely would like to visit again.
