Family vacation

The grounds are very colorful and parking garage very clean. Location is very nice and condo has a wonderful view of ocean and very comfortable and well equipped for a five day stay. We would consider staying again and recommend this property!

Amazing view and a short walk to the beach. The kids had a blast! The beds were so comfortable and with the sound of the ocean in the background, we all slept like babies. The rental had everything we needed and more. The short walk to the harbor was great too. Lots of restaurant options with DoorDash delivery for convenience. NCV was undergoing some renovations which made the property less accessible for my disabled son, but it was still an awesome trip. We are already planning our next visit.

Great Rental

This property suited our family well. The property had all the beach items you would need, nothing needed from home. The very short walk to the beach was awesome. The owner was quick to respond to questions. Overall my family enjoyed this place and I would stay there again.

Views can't be beat!

We've stayed in NCV many times and this front row location is what I'm all about. Property manager was very helpful and responsive. Assigned parking spot is super close to unit. Amenities in unit were fine, but most importantly the beds were comfy and we slept like babies. I failed to notice that there wasn't a washer/dryer in this unit but no problem bc using the laundry room was a piece of cake, especially since you can pay with an app now and don't have to worry about quarters (I had packed some laundry soap and dryer sheets). Overall a very fun trip, would stay here again.

On the Water

We had a lovely stay. The condo was in an ideal location, 2nd floor & right on the beach. We stayed within a 2 mi radius of the unit the whole week - except to get groceries. Boogie Boarded most days with the owner provided boards. Lots of beach time with the owner provided beach chairs. Morning jogs and sunset walks, plus a beginner surf lesson thrown in. We kept the windows open all week to enjoy the breeze & sound of ocean waves. The rooms are very comfy, kitchen is well equipped (we cooked dinner most nights) and the complex is just right for families. Love the vibes of North Coast Village and O'side. We are planning our next visit soon.
