Features four (4) bedrooms and two (2) full baths, with two (2) bedrooms and a handicap accessible bath located on the first floor. Plenty of off-street parking. Walking distance to the Falls and all attractions.

Walking distance to Niagara Falls State Park, Rainbow Bridge to Canada, and the Entertainment District. Once you park your car there is no need to drive to visit Niagara Falls' most iconic attractions.

Walking distance to the Falls. Once you park your car you never need to drive to enjoy the State park and the Falls, Canada, the Casino and the Entertainment district. Plenty of free off Street parking.

What makes this property unique

Newly renovated with 4 bedroom (4 beds) 2 full baths. Two of the bedrooms are located on the first floor with a wheelchair accessible first level bathroom. The house was gutted down to the 2x4 studs and rebuilt in 2024. It's a new house very clean within walking distance to the Falls.
