The host was great very on top on every question we had. The property is as described. Few things though. I know winter is around the corner but the grass was way way too long and got out shoes wet so had to walk on the rocks. To open the second door was a bit of a hustle as well. Bathroom is very small which is ok if only grown ups are traveling but deff a bit is a tricky if traveling with kids as it is slippery. Lighting couldn’t be better but ok if it’s for a few days. Location was extremely convenient for absolutely everything. Overall we had a great time. Ty for everything

Thank you so much for your kind words regarding our communication, convenient location, and for sharing that you had an overall great stay! We truly appreciate your thoughtful feedback. To offer a quick clarification regarding the lawn, our landscaping is maintained on a regular schedule—with the previous service completed on October 5th—so it appears seasonal growth simply moved faster than expected between scheduled visits. Regarding the second door, our cleaning team routinely accesses the home and hasn't experienced any difficulty with it opening smoothly, though we will gladly double-check it to ensure seamless entry for future guests. Thank you again for staying with us, and we would be delighted to welcome you back anytime!

Stay in Niagara NY

This reservation was made one day before arrival due to a cancellation with our rental made through another service. Contact with our stay was very quick and questions/issues were addressed very quickly, thank you!Inside the house was very nice except for the floor which was sticky. The neighborhood wasn't what we expected, but overall a very nice last minute stay.Thanks.
