Located on a very peaceful loop road with nothing across the street except the still-water finger creek and kayak launch out into some of the best kayaking in the area.

We have kayaks, bikes, a soft-top surfboard, a bodyboard, beach chairs, sandcastle set, life jackets, and much more you are welcome to use at your own risk!

Our home also offers direct access to Cape Carteret’s new bike path, which loops around the entire town. Grab one of our bikes or hop on our fun and unique double-bench trolley bike — an unforgettable way for the whole family to cruise around town together! Explore nearby attractions just 1–2 miles away, including Mac Daddy’s Amusement Center, a full-service gym, parks, restaurants, and more.

The main living area has plenty of room for the whole family to gather, eat, and enjoy each other’s company. For movie nights, relax with a theater experience on the 75" smart TV. The dining table conveniently slides away from the wall to reveal a bench, comfortably seating up to eight guests.

Rest easy on our high-quality mattresses in both bedrooms, each equipped with blackout curtains to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

Outside, there are picnic tables, a covered patio that features two dining tables, a bar-height table, grill, and a full covered outdoor bathroom. Enjoy friendly games with cornhole boards, our mini disc golf course, badminton or toss a football or frisbee in the spacious back yard—perfect for relaxing and playing. All outdoor spaces are shared between the main house and small guest house, so feel free to enjoy whatever is available!

We enjoyed our time vacationing and spending time with th family. The house was set up with many amenities that we didn’t get a chance to use. We did cook and the appliances worked well. Because she it was over July 4th we got this cake and lived it. We don’t take any pictures because we got a chance to meet and spend some good quality timeout the owners. Our stay was very enjoyable and the company the cottage was very enjoyable.

We loved just about everything about this property. We were a 7 minute drive from Emerald Isle Beach and our host had told us about free parking, we had bikes and kayaks available and lots of space close by to use them, a nice back yard with yard games etc to use. The kitchen was ready to use and even though we had 5 kids and 2 adults staying and the space could have felt tight, there was outdoor dining space and the bunk beds accommodated all of our kids and were so comfortable. We loved the outdoor bathroom/shower as well. The only thing that would have been nice to know us that there is another unit attached and we were sharing the spaces with the tenants of that unit throughout the week. It wasn't a problem, but would have been nice to know.

We Love being on a private loop road with nothing across the street but vegetation and our peaceful little still-water finger creek. Also the central location is a huge convenience.

What makes this property unique

The still water creek and connecting various types of waterways makes our property uniquely prime for kayaking and fishing. Also the 6 person trolley bike available with access to the new Cape Carteret bike path directly from our neighborhood offers the opportunity to a very unique experience for the whole family.
