Located just 2 miles from Dollywood and 4 miles from downtown Pigeon Forge, you’re only minutes away from the best attractions, dining, and shopping in Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, and Gatlinburg. The entrance to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park is just 12 miles away, making this the ideal base for adventure and relaxation.
The Space
• Spacious Living Area: Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the incredible mountain views, with a cozy fireplace (seasonal: Nov–March), Italian leather seating, and a 75” TV for the perfect movie night.
• Gourmet Kitchen: Fully equipped with white glass appliances, cookware, dishes, a large island, and a Keurig coffee maker. Washer & dryer included.
• Bedrooms: Both bedrooms feature king-size beds, ensuite baths, and 55” TVs. The main bedroom has deck access for morning coffee with a view.

Why they chose this property
This area is located 5 miles from Dollywood , 7 miles from Pigeon Forge and 15 miles from Gatlinburg . It is the perfect location to be close to everything but still be in the nature . And the views are spectacular.
