I think you would be hard pressed to find a better place to stay in all of Nashville. Once I saw the listing for the offered price, it was a no-brainer and it lived up to expectation.Cleanliness, host responsiveness, location, layout… it was all exceptional. Without a question I would highly recommend this place to stay.

What an awesome place to stay!! We had seven couples and this place worked out so great for us. Loved the pool area out back, and the outdoor fireplace. Everything was clean, comfy beds, lots of towels and spacious bar area inside to hang out, two nice kitchen areas and the location was perfect. Very close to many restaurants and bars !! It was a nice change from being downtown off the hustle and bustle of Broadway. Much more quiet. Would highly recommend this place in the Five Points area.

You have to stay here!

You have to stay here if you get a chance. The property is incredible. The bar on the 1st floor was perfect for our group. It opens up to the courtyard so it was perfect for indoor and outdoor activities. The pool was jut the cherry on top. We could swim during the day and walk across the street for some fantastic food and drinks and then back for the sunset and hot tub. Do yourself a favor and book this trip to Nashville. I promise you will not be disappointed.

Unforgettable stay!

The house was spacious and cute, perfect for our group of 12 girls. We loved the multiple outdoor areas to hang out and enjoy dinner outside. The walkability to bars, restaurants, shops, cafes, and music venues is unbeatable. Plus, it's only a 5-minute drive to downtown Broadway. Highly recommend this place for its location and spaciousness. We had an unforgettable stay! You have to stay here for your trip to Nashville!

The Best Vacation Rental We’ve Ever Stayed At

We’ve stayed at a lot of vacation rentals over the years, but nothing compares to the experience we had at the Five Points House. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the design, attention to detail, and comfort of the entire space. Every room felt thoughtfully curated — stylish yet welcoming, and the layout was perfect for our large group.The kitchen and bar area made hosting and entertaining a dream, and the outdoor space was next-level: private pool, seating areas, string lights, and plenty of room to relax or gather. It honestly felt like our own boutique hotel in the heart of East Nashville.The location was ideal — super walkable, with great coffee shops, restaurants, and music venues just minutes away. But what really made this stay special were the little things: spotless clean, high-end linens, great sound system, and fast communication with the host.We all agreed: this is hands-down the best vacation rental we’ve ever stayed at. Can’t wait to come back!

An Absolutely Unforgettable Family Getaway – 10/10 Experience

We spent a week at the Five Points House and it was truly the best vacation rental experience we’ve ever had. The house is stunning — spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed. Every room felt like its own retreat, with comfortable beds, luxury finishes, and thoughtful touches throughout.The outdoor space was a dream. The pool and courtyard made it feel like a private resort. Mid-week, we hosted a private chef and bartender (both arranged by the host) for an unforgettable evening. The chef prepared a multi-course meal in the gorgeous kitchen while the bartender served cocktails in the bar and courtyard. It was like having our own private event space.Our host, Joe, went above and beyond from the start — helping us with groceries, arranging local experiences, and even having toys and snacks ready for our kids. He was incredibly responsive and thoughtful throughout our stay.The Five Points neighborhood is amazing — super walkable, full of restaurants, coffee shops, live music, and local charm. Despite being right in the action, the house felt peaceful and private.We’ve stayed in high-end rentals around the world, and this place stands out as something truly special. So much fun!! The house was absolutely adorable with the cutest decor. We had a big group of girls and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better spot. The pool and bar were perfect for us we even threw a little party with a private chef, bartender, and DJ.The property was huge, so we could spread out between the main house, the guest house, the courtyard, and the garden area. The pool vibes were everything. The beds were so comfy and cozy too. We seriously had the best time here thank you so much, Joe! It was such a special weekend.The location was also amazing we could walk to local bars and restaurants, and it was only a quick drive to Broadway. 10/10 recommend!
