Mountaintop Condo

Small condo perfect for couples or a small family. Beautiful views of the Smokies. The drive is steep but worth it.

The Summit complex is great. good views, pools, hot tub etc. This unit however is not. Built and furnished in the 1980's and not touched since. Would never stay there again. We had stayed at The Summit before. There are much nicer units in this complex.

Such a beautiful view when you wake up in the morning. Lots of wildlife. Saw 5 bears, a ton of elk, 2 wolfs and so many birds!! Definitely coming back again. Such a beautiful place tostay. They accommodated very well and the staff is absolutely wonderful.We had an issue with the drainage and they were able to come fix it for is quick and he was SOOO sweet!!

Great area but basic rental

The area was great and the was close to both gatlinburg and pigeon forge. The condo itself was clean but needed some work as the back porch was falling apart. It was overall just a basic rental with little to no communication. Just good for sleeping.

The road leading up was quite steep, if you are not good with heights I don’t recommend. There were a few minor issues. If you do stay here bring toilet paper/ paper towels & trash bags as there wasn’t much cleaning supplies.

The fall colors were unbelievable when we stayed for two nights in early November. The place was warm and comfortable with hot water on demand. I only have two suggestions: 1.) Basic cooking condiments and spices would have made it even better. 2.) Although dish soap was dishwasher detergent was provided, basic toiletries such as hand soap would have made the stay even better. But, in any case, I would totally recommend this place if you want privacy and million dollar views.
