THREE STORY GRANDEUR…
Located in the Casa Marina District in Old Town. This home is elegant, yet quite the tropical delight with rustic modern accents. It is walking distance to the beach, Duval Street, and The Southernmost Point; the most sought-out place to take a picture next to in Florida!

FURNISHINGS…
Walk inside and step onto beautiful white marble tile, open floor plan and high ceilings. The backdrop of the great room is the heated, glistening pool amongst your own private tropical oasis!
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS…
Great for large families and friends, this home sleeps 8 guests comfortably. The second floor includes two bedrooms, each with a queen bed and en-suite bathrooms. The bedrooms both have their own balcony; perfect for relaxing and soaking in that ocean air while you sip your morning coffee! Go up the winding staircase to the third floor where three twin beds are located and half bath. Also, the living room includes a sleeper sofa. Flat screen TVs in every bedroom and living room.
DETAILS AND AMENITIES…
Modern sophisticated decorations and accents couples beautifully with the marble tiled floor. Immediately to the right is the well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Straight ahead is the living room that offers plenty of seating, a TV and large French doors with a beautiful view of the pool and patio area. There is a half bath on the first floor. The primary suite on the second floor has dual walk in closets and a beautiful en-suite bathroom with a stand up shower, double sinks/vanities, and blue and white marble tile throughout. The guest bedroom opposite of the primary suite is also equipped with an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
This home is designated as a 3/3, though it is actually a 3/2/.5/.5 (half bath on the 3rd floor and half bath on the 1st floor).
OUTDOOR LIVING…
Anyone who has been to Key West understands the importance of pools! The highlight of this home is the outdoor living space that offers privacy, the large pool deck for entertaining and the security of having a completely fenced space. Included is a private, heated pool, beautiful lined with brick and tile. There are 3 loungers and at least two patio chairs for outside by the pool.
PARKING AND BIKES...
Parking is available for 1 vehicle. Also, 4 bikes are available.
PETS...
Pets up to 50 lbs are considered, but no cats as the owner is allergic. Please either inquire prior to booking, or make sure to check the box that you are bringing a pet when booking, AND include size, breed, and age of the pet in Comments/Special Requests.
MULTI MONTH RESERVATIONS...
For monthly reservations, the following fees will be added PER MONTH:
Mid-stay clean
Pool/hot tub heating fee (if applicable)
Pet fee (if applicable)
BOOKING DATES...
This home is only available as a monthly rental (28 night minimum). We prefer to book by the calendar month (first day of the month to the last). We may consider alternate dates if the calendar allows or if the owner will make an exception.
CONCIERGE SERVICES...
Enjoy our concierge service to assist you with planning activities for your trip, from bike/scooter/golf cart rentals to any excursion you can think of including snorkeling and sunset cruises, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding and much more. They can also have your fridge stocked with all the necessities in advance of your arrival!
CANCELLATION...
Bookings canceled at least 90 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund.
Cancellations inside of 90 days may receive a refund if we are able to re-rent any or all of the dates of the stay. The refund amount is dependent upon the rate of the new reservation. For multi-month reservations for January through March, a refund will only be offered in the event we are able to re-rent. The refund amount is dependent upon the rate of the new reservation(s).
