1915 classic house in the exclusive Lanes section of Amagansett has been updated with modern, comfy furnishings, decoration and amenities. Five bedrooms (master includes ensuite bath) and five bedrooms in the main house plus one bedroom and bathroom in the guest cottage. Beautiful and relaxing porch has been featured in magazines and books as among the "Best in the Hamptons." Pool, spa, hammock, bikes, beach equipment, BBQ, EV charger all available for your convenience and enjoyment. Updated kitchen and pantry. Dining porch and pool lounge. Guest cottage has its own deck. Loft office available for WFH as well as a desk in the master bedroom. Relax by the fireplaces in the living and dining rooms. Fifteen minute walk to the beach, seven-minute walk to town, train station and Jitney. Farmer's Market is half a block away. Golf and tennis walking distance as well.

Amagansett is the most laid back and beautiful hamlet in the Hamptons. And the tree-lined streets in the Lanes will leave you relaxed and serene.

Perfect weekend getaway for a group of friends

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Aaron’s Amagansett house! Location was perfect, walking distance from the shops and restaurants in Amagansett, and just a short drive from East Hampton and Montauk. House was fully stocked with everything we needed. Comfortable beds and plenty of bathrooms for a big group. The backyard/pool area is picturesque and was a perfect setting to hang in the sun during the day. We had an issue with the water shutting off one night, and Aaron was quick to respond and remedied the issue within minutes of us contacting him. Would definitely stay here again!
