Wainscott 2024

We took the whole family to Wainscott for a week. The house was perfect for our big family and the location was great as well. The outdoor area is beautiful. It will make you want to be outside all day swimming or relaxing by the pool. We hope to return next year!

Superb family experience in Wainscott! A gem!

A wonderful family vacation in Barry and Karen's truly beautiful and very comfortable home. The location is ideal and the property is a gem, providing complete privacy and spectacular outdoors grounds, very well maintained. Barry and Karen are very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend property in the Hamptons. We loved it and we would return without hesitation.

A true sanctuary

Barry and Karen's property was a delight. Our family of 12 had a magnificent week. The outdoor pool/patio area was our favorite, we spent all day (and most of our nights!) lounging outside. The pool is fantastic, the seating around the pool is ample, and the large dining table was nicely shaded and able to comfortably seat our entire family (which is not easy and very hard to find-- we really appreciated it). The open kitching/living room/dining room was also spectacular. It allowed us to eat, watch, cook, and clean all at the same time without anyone feeling left out. The bedrooms were great as well, with private bathrooms that worked for everyone. And to top it off, we were only a 2-3 minute carride from almost every shop we needed, and a 10 minute drive to the large supermarket, so the situation of the house could not have been better. All in all it was a great trip and we would highly recommend stayin at Wainscott Woods.

Great Family Vacation in the Hamptons

Wainscott is the perfect location - in the middle of Sag Harbor, East Hampton and Southampton. Only 1.5 miles to the beautiful and quiet Wainscott beach. The house is beautiful with an open floor plan and plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms for a large family. The pool and grounds with jacuzzi and fire pit are fabulous. We all agreed we would repeat the vacation - house and all.
