Ótimo custo e localização.
Acesso do hotel direto ao calçadão e à praia. Local seguro, bonito. Funcionários prestativos e simpáticos. Atenderam as solicitações. Muito limpo, silencioso. A vista da cobertura é simplesmente maravilhosa, é possível apreciar toda a orla e o morro do careca. Fácil acesso a restaurantes, bares, feirinhas, shoppings, farmácia, tudo próximo ao hotel. A negociação com o senhor Yves masset foi super tranquila, foi muito educado prestativo sempre atendeu às minhas solicitações. Com certeza voltarei.

Flat Perfeito
Flat bem equipado, as fotos correspondem perfeitamente ao que encontramos, tudo muito limpo. O sr. Yves sempre muito atencioso, a negociação ocorreu de forma tranquila, ótimo custo x benefício. Muito bem localizado, próximo de bares, restaurantes, etc... Os fundos da Flat vai ao encontro da praia "perfeito". A vista do piscina para a Praia de Ponta Negra/Morro do Careca é magnífica. Super indico!!!

Recomendo esse imóvel a todos!
A negociação com o Sr. Yves foi ótima, super atencioso, educado, prestativo... etc! Além de intermediador, ele é Guia Turístico, passamos um dia de passeio com ele e foi muito bom, superou nossas expectativas!
o Flat fica realmente na praia, tem um portão que te dá acesso e vc já está na areia, bom demais! Tudo limpinho e arruma, os funcionários do Flat Araça, foram ótimo, super educados também!
Bem localizado, pertinho de tudo.
Tem um restaurante próximo que recomendo muito, fomos duas vezes, Restaurante Camarões! Perfeito em atendimento e qualidade!
Essa viagem foi perfeita, não só pelo local, pois Natal é uma cidade linda, mas também pelos passeios e pelo atendimento em geral que tivemos! Recomendo!!!!!
