Enjoy a stay in our beautifully furnished triplex, situated in the heart of Burleson. Restaurants and entertainment are a short walk away. COLD AC and HOT HEATER. Conveniently located: 15 miles to Downtown Fort Worth, 18 miles to the historic Fort Worth Stockyards, 5.9 miles to Jellystone Water Park, less than 30 miles to Six Flags Over Texas, 2 miles to a local golf course,4.4 miles to a winery. Nearby escape room, Alley Cats-bowling/arcade, 1611 Golf Club, poker rooms, Funky Monkey Ranch (exotic animal experience). We aim to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. This is the center unit of a triplex. Studio-type layout. Kitchen, dining area, living area, 2 queen beds, and one bathroom. There’s one long-term tenant, and the other unit is also an Airbnb/VRBO. Ceiling fan and plug-in fan. Locally owned. There are no gas appliances located on the property.

Guest access
You’ll have full access to unit/apt #2. Private stay and plenty of parking. The parking spaces are located steps away from the entrance.

Awesome Property

Communication was great! In a very safe neighborhood! Easy check in and check out! I highly recommend this unit to anyone staying in the Fort Worth area. Lots of things to see and do!

Close enough but not too close to the city

We booked this stay as we were visiting Fort Worth for the stockyards experience. We loved the quiet neighborhood outside of the city noise, but it was only a 20 minute drive to the stockyards. Would stay here again for sure.

Wonderful stay!

The suite was perfect and well equipped. This was the first time my husband had stayed at a vacation rental and he was pleasantly surprised. We were able to cook our own meals even though it is a great location with plenty places to choose from. Located close enough to Ft Worth and Dallas to do some sight seeing. Thank you for a great stay!!

Perfect for a weekend stay visiting family

This rental has everything you need! Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, q-tips, toothpaste, hairspray, blow dryer! Coffee, tea, sweeteners and different syrups. Very clean and host was easy to communicate with and responded within a timely manner!

Adorable

My daughter and I flew in for a wedding. The home is as advertised. It’s close to many eateries and shops. But also close to Fort Worth. We were mainly only there to sleep as our time was busy with wedding activities all weekend. However, the unit was clean, well appointed and Nikki was a gracious host. We would stay again!
