This place was just what we needed. Loved the gas assisted wood burning fireplace. Was also great that the kitchen had all the items to be function like cookware, knives, and everything for coffee. The main bed was very conformable too.

Halloween Weekend Getaway

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property! The place was exceptionally clean, and the peaceful, serene atmosphere made it the perfect getaway. The surroundings were beautiful, and I felt relaxed and at home. The screened in porch and deck looking out to the beautiful nature and fall colors was perfect! I’d highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy a quiet retreat in a quiet peaceful neighborhood.

We loved the accommodations and felt very welcomed as we entered the home. We have been visiting Galena for years as a family and the setup was perfect for all ages as well as our 11 year old goldendoodle. We spent our mornings on the front porch having coffee, late mornings playing pickleball by the marina, afternoons at the pool, and dinners downtown (always have to go to Fried Green Tomatoes). We enjoyed the screened in porch at night, relaxing on the couch, or playing uno at the kitchen table. We would love to return to this property as it was a perfect relaxing family vacation. Thanks so much to the lovely hosts!!

We enjoyed ourselves perfect for our stay the beds were comfy, went to the pool thanks for passes the only thing when the grill got started it took hours to cook so we had to go back to using stove not happy about this one thing... Otherwise we just all had a good time
