Island view is a beautiful Chatham beach house Located in a quite cul- de- sac , think about the warm tranquil mornings having your coffee or tea on a pristine deck. or walk to Cocklecove beach to see the morning sunrise, enjoy fun summer lazy days at all the nearby beaches., or just relax at home ,have a family barbecue .walk to the ice cream shop, or enjoy riding your bike to main town. Chatham historical Society is a must see, as well try the best pizza in town, Carmines Cafe, on main street .The family must visit the Chatham fish Pier ,enjoy fresh lobster, clams, and clam chowder..Don't miss Chatham lighthouse beach for stunning views of the Atlantic ocean. In the center of town there is a new movie theater for your enjoyment. Also you can take day trips to Nantucket or the the famous Martha's Vineyard. Property has a new camera on the outside front porch.

My husband and I choose this neighborhood for many reasons. its on a quiet street ,cul-de-sac. beautiful Cape style homes, super close to my new favorite beach Cockle Cove, family neighborhood, pristine clean ,quaint charm.
