Spectacular views, perfect location. We had a great stay, was easy to stroll into town or the beach. It was hard to leave the back patio, with the beautiful view of Mill pond. Highly recommend. Communication was excellent from the owners.

Perfect location near shops, on the water. Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, and very responsive hosts. This was a perfect spot for our multigenerational family vacation.

Another excellent stay! This is our fourth year renting this house with two families. The back patio is spectacular, there’s enough space for everyone to spread out, and the kids love running in the year and fishing on the town dock. The ease of being able to walk into town for coffee, ice cream and evening events is another highlight.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location with beautiful water views. It’s just steps from downtown Chatham and about a 15-minute walk to the beach, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chatham.

This property met and exceeded all of our expectations. Great property in a great location with such easy access to downtown Chatham and the beach. I hadn’t been to Cape Cod in 20 years, so we greatly appreciated the information on the area from Keith and Linda. The house had all the extras (linens, towels, beach chairs, kitchen supplies, etc. - plus great restaurant recommendations) that made our vacation easier. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to vacation in Cape Cod).

We had a wonderful family vacation at this property. The location was amazing: 1 block from Chatham Main Street; beautiful view the deep blue inlet; access to a pier my Grandchildren were able to fish on. The house slept the 10 of us easily, and was well apointed for both adults and children. The hosts were quite responsive to any of our inquiries. I'd be happy to stay there again.

This property was perfect for our small relaxed bachelorette weekend! The back yard views and patio are to die for and the house is perfect for hosting small and larger groups. They have everything you need from beach towels to serving dishes and cookware. Its walking distance to the main street with shops and restaurants. It was a perfect weekend for us girls! The only thing we wish there was on the property was a small firepit to enjoy that outdoor patio through the evening. Linda and Keith were very easy to communicate with and provided great suggestions around the area. Definitely would recommend!

Perfect Getaway
