Amazing trip and stay!

This property was perfect! My family enjoyed the easiness of the location - away from the busy areas. Beach access right across the street and complete privacy. There was no crowd there when we took our kids. We could sit and enjoy while the kids played in our view. 100% would stay here again!

The facilities were very clean; condo, pool, patio area, dock, everything outdoors is kept up very well. Bedding was comfortable. Love that this spot has a pool and bay view from balcony. It’s peaceful.Only a few things to consider....This property doesn’t have across the street beach access so you have to get in your vehicle and park at public beach. When we first arrived at condo it had a strong mildew smell. We sprayed air freshener and kept AC low so it wasn’t noticeable after that. Owners may need to look into finding the source to address that issue. It didn’t ruin our stay though.

Family of 6 with seadoo

We have a family of 6 that went with on vacation and we bought our seadoo the only thing that sucked was you can put the seadoo in the water at the condo you have to find a place to off load and that sucked and it’s not close to nothing within walking distance . You also have some of the people that work there walking around the property knocking on car windows saying that you don’t have a parking pass when it’s clearly on the dash but they didn’t look I guess threatening to have peoples car towed

Moldy and Musty

The location was great. The property had a face-lift, however, when you open the door a horrible musty smell hit you in the face. Taking a deeper look, the air vents were covered in mold and black spores. We had to close the vents and turn off the air. The filter for the HVAC unit wasnt even the proper size and only covered half of the intake. My son has an autoimmune disease and after reaching out to the staff and providing pictures, nothing was done to address the issue or compensate us. Very disappointing and frustrating and not a pleasant experience for my family of 5.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros: The location of the condo was amazing -- short drive to Gulfshores with an easy walk across the street to the beach. Beautiful views of the bay and some glimpses of the beach from the balcony. Property management company was also super great, and the check in process/key less entry is amazing. Cons: The condo was still a little bit dirty despite having been cleaned. There also was not a broom that I could find, which would have been nice to sweep up sand. The bed was TERRIBLE. The king size meant we had plenty of space, but there are two actual slumps in the bed. You can see these just looking at the bed from the doorway, not to mention how extreme they feel when you lie down. It is simply worn out and needs to be replaced. The bed alone would make me reconsider purchasing a stay here.
