Phoenix VII is one of the most relaxing condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach.



This 1BR Phoenix VII condo is one of the best on the beach! Ideal for a couple or a small family. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor heated pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're bbq'ing.



Come relax on the 12th floor balcony with breathtaking views of the gulf perfectly located above the outdoor pool. The condo has one full bath off the master and the master bedroom has a king size bed, there is a full sized sleeper sofa as well for sleeping up to 4. The kitchen is fully equipped. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.

Parking: You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the parking passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. Parking pass fees are based on length of stay; 1 night is $40, 2-10 nights is $65, 11-31 nights is $110, 32-61 nights is $160, 62+ nights is $210. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

Our stay was from late Aug - Sept 2025. When we open the front door, you could see the view of the ocean. We relaxed on the balcony listening to the waves of the ocean while eating breakfast with the sun shining and the nice breeze. The communication updates from the manager was awesome from beginning to the time for us to depart. You will definitely be satisfied with your stay, the kitchen has everything you need. We look forward to our next stay. We went to the Tanger outlet and shopped, if you staying a while Rouses market is inexpensive and a lot to choose from, if eating out there are so many restaurants near by.

We booked the condo based on the old arrangement of beds before the website had been updated been updated, but the condo was redone before our trip date and the bedding situation was different than we planned- we were without a set of twin bunk beds that were needed.We were not notified of the remodel and the changes in sleeping arrangement. Other than that the condo is beautiful.

Location & views were incredible. Unit is updated & beautiful & was perfect for my kids, mom & me. The seating available is awesome - we loved the swivel rocker/gliders & all of the ambient lighting (lamps). We never had an issue with finding a parking place. Outdoor pool is a good size. Indoor pool is great for kids when raining. The unit was awesome! I would definitely stay again and again. The boardwalk to get to the beach is super long, so it's a pain when carrying a bunch of stuff for kids, but not much that can be done about that. The only negatives were the following: they need more dish towels (only had one), so even though you can wash linens in the unit, there wasn't a spare to use when washing the towel. The plastic/silicone things on the ends of the glass shower doors kept falling off, so we were constantly having to fix them. Looking up at the bathroom vent, you could see a lot of black mold on the inside. It definitely needs to be cleaned, because that's a health hazard. There weren't enough pillowcases for the pullout sofa bed pillows. They really need hooks on the backs of the bathroom doors for hanging towels. There is a towel bar in the bathroom, but if you have 4 people staying in the unit and only one towel bar, it's frustrating. None of these are dealbreakers, but hopefully these easy fixes will be addressed by the owners and corrected for future guests. I definitely recommend this place for one person, a couple, or a couple with 1-2 school-aged kids.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we got to the unit, the floors were covered in sand. My daughter even said, omg the floor has a lot of sand. The fans were really really dusty, you can tell they haven’t been cleaned in a long time. This was an issue because my daughter has asthma. All the towels from the kitchen rags to the bathroom had hair. It wasn’t ours because we have black hair and the ones on the rags/towels were brown/blond. That’s also unsanitary. Overall the front desk was amazing. Also the pool area, indoor pool, was always clean. The property itself was amazing.
