Phoenix 7 Unit #811...This condo is perfect for a couple wanting a romantic retreat, or a family with small children. You will love the spectacular views from this balcony...they are breathtaking!!

Enjoy the comfortable living room furniture after a long day of fun, and relax with our new 55" Smart TV. The kitchen has fabulous views as well as granite countertops with a lot of working space. At the counter there is seating for two and at the dining table there is seating for four. Another table with four chairs is on the balcony as well as a lounge chair. You will love relaxing on the balcony with a cup of coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening....all the while enjoying the spectacular views. The master bedroom suite has a king-size bed, new flat screen television, and a sink, vanity counter and bathtub/shower combination in the bathroom. The sofa in the living room pulls out into a queen sized bed for the kiddos!

This beautifully decorated one bedroom condo sleeps four and has a panoramic view of the beach and the boats entering and exiting the Perdido Pass. This condo also comes with the owner's private, underground parking spot! This is a huge perk! No oversized trucks, RVs, campers, boats or trailers allowed on property.

This one bedroom, one bath condo is conveniently located in the heart of Orange Beach...close to many restaurants, grocery stores and shopping.

Host was accommodating and the internet was out for 2days and then intermittent for the week before and couple days after. The place was so noisy with someone who had a walker with no tips on the bottom so she would walk around and it was metal on concrete! It took us awhile to determine what it Didn’t have the parking spot as they were doing construction on the parking lot.
