Great location

Property was in a great location, close to the beach. The house was cute and we had plenty of room. The house contained everything we needed for comfort and beach fun. It is on a very busy street and is rather loud at night. The host responded promptly to all our questions.

Beach stay

Kim was there for any questions we had, and the home was super cute. We had a good time. The only thing I would say is that if you are a light sleeper, there is plenty of traffic noise, as it is on a busy street. No complaints than that.

The property needs updating. The outside doesn’t match pictures. Someone was already there. Host was unresponsive to calls, emails, and texts. Host did not answer for Vrbo either. Probably double booked. The next day host stated no one contacted her and said no one should have been there and asked me to change my cancellation so she did not have a poor rating. The door code worked but there were personal belongings everywhere and the property was not cleaned. We had no where to stay after driving 10 hours.
