Just opened Summer calendar!!!

This one bedroom one bath is located on the beautiful lagoon with a private boardwalk to the sandy white beaches. This cozy unit is uniquely decorated in beach decor. The kitchen is updated with granite countertops and new floors. It is also equipped with a washer and dryer.
A small family or couple is a perfect fit for this unit. Enjoy your coffee on this second floor balcony which overlooks a tropical oais, tenniscourts, and the lagoon. The second balcony which is located off the bedroom overlooks the lagoon, barbeque area, and the boat launch.
Your kids will love this unit. They will enjoy a 32 inch flatscreen with cable tv and a dvd player in the living room, and also a 19 inch flatscreen with movies to choose from in the bedroom.
The seven story complex which also includes a hot tub for relaxing is a beautiful place to spend your vaction. GulfShores has many beach activities to enjoy: parasailing, boating, fishing, and swimming to name a few. Souvenier and beachy shops are very popular in Gulf Shores. Many restaurants are also located along the sandy white beaches. The complex is located within a few miles of the famous Flora Bama, Lulus ( Jimmy Buffets Sister's restaurant), Waterville and the outlet center.
The layout of the condo includes a bedroom with a balcony, however a note of privacy: no door separating the bedroom from the hallway. It is a very cute and cozy unit. You will be able to enjoy it at a very affordable price. No refunds will be given. Please purchase cancellation insurance through vrbo if you may need to cancel.
Please understand the complex has recently reopened since Hurricane Sally. Please be patient with dock/pier/tennis court repairs. Once you arrive, please pay parking in the office. The office will give you a gate code to the private boardwalk/beach.

Absolutely great location! Close to everything but also far enough away that beaches weren’t crowded. Place is a little outdated, but great for relaxing between beach outings. Unit is on the corner and we never heard neighbors. Great views!

We love Gulf Shores Surf and Raquel! Our third time staying at this complex! Very cute condo decorated very beach!! Was plenty of room for my husband and myself. We enjoyed the balconies and the lagoon as much as the ocean! We will be back!

I choice this condo because of the location. It’s in a quieter area, mostly families. It was nice a relaxing. Bathroom needs a few things repaired, but otherwise everything was great.

This property had its own walkway to the beach, which we really liked. We had a nice view of the inlet behind the property. Perfect for fishing. The property was a bit dated, but all in all a good place for the week.

Nice family getaway

We had a nice family stay. It was handy to the beach and to fishing. You should probably bring toilet paper and paper towels. The little balconies were nice. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, pots and pans. I would say it's definitely best for just two people.

This woman was wonderful to work with for one, for two, the space is so close to the beach you can hear the waves at night! There is a canal right being the room and we fished off this so many times. Plus, you have access to a private beach and it’s empty most days!!!! I promise, you’ll love this one, book it now! This room has everything you need!!!!

Nice Little Getaway

This was a very quiet and relaxing solo vacay. The room was the perfect size. It was clean and that A/C was a thing of beauty. The host was quick to answer a question I had about using the lock and I felt safe the whole time. I would stay here again - couldn’t beat that price for this time of year. Just as an FYI there is someone setup with beach chair and umbrella rentals right by the beach path to the property. Not having to carry your own supplies and set it up for a good price is a no-brainer. Also would like to shout-out how nice and responsive the front desk was at this location. Thank you again Mandi - I had a wonderful time.

Stay at the Gulf Shores Raquet Club.

We were worried when we pulled into the parking lot and didn’t see many vehicles. As we went up the outside stairs, it had a bad feeling. When we entered the unit, we were both very disappointed. It didn’t feel clean. The place was so small as were the tiny tv’s. The decor was supposed to feel beachy I’m sure, but felt halfway done. It was dusty and the front of the stove was dirty. I didn’t want to sit anything down. There wasn’t anywhere to lay suitcases either. I would never stay here again.

Mixed feelings on this unit.

Stay was nice, however. Unit needs attention. New comfortable furniture needed. Living room furniture out date. Bedroom was ok, bed was comfortable. It looked like some work on unit, but some of it was sloppy. Kitchen needs a updated refrigerator, current one small and no ice maker. TV’s are strictly Roku and difficult to operate. No cable service of any kind. Positive side - kitchen well stocked with cooking utensils and small appliances. AC worked well. Unit had been cleaned, but was full of gnats upon entering. Did not call about this as there was notice around complex that pest control company would be at complex the next day and would be servicing all units. They did come by and serviced the unit. Tech told us what he did would get rid of gnats, but it did not. We have visited Surf and racquet club numerous times over the last 15 years and this the first somewhat negative review we have left. We really enjoy the complex, but not sure we will select this unit again.

Hi, glad you like the complex. Sorry our particular unit was not fitting for you. I can assure you we have cable, and you must select live TV. We have fast speed wifi, so it was probably on Netflix, paramount or Hulu. If you would have asked, I would have told you. The knats are probably due to high humidity and lots of rain. Our living room furniture is less than 2 years old, so I'm sorry if it wasn't your taste. We have a small fridge because our unit is small. We have over 100 reviews and over 90 percent are 5 star.

Awesome location!

We arrived to pur place and the already had it cooled down for us. They had all kinds of things to cook with and a nice grill out back, also an outdoor shower The room and entire place was spotless! We could also walk to gas station and golf cart rental. Not a far walk to the light house and beach. I highly recommend this place. When we return we will be staying here . Super quiet neighbor hood. We had 5 people and plenty of room
