Outrageous Rules Not Disclosed
The home had the number of rooms advertised and was not dirt. However, the linens and towels were terrible quality and shag carpet in all bedrooms and all stairs created issue with dust. The owner padlocked the BBQ even though we paid 100 for its use. We were finally provided the code on the last night of our stay after multiple emails and texts. When we cleared the bed linens from the beds as a courtesy at the end of our stay many of the mattress covers had different stains, including one with bloodstains. Additionally, the treatise of rules related to use which were not provided until after we fully paid for the unit and just before our arrival are absurd. I have copied a few belowThe air conditioning should not be set below 70 Degrees Fahrenheit (22 Degrees Celsius) by the guest. Setting it to a lower temperature will not cool the home quicker. Due to high temperatures in Florida, setting the temperature below 70 Degrees Fahrenheit may result in the system freezing up. If this occurs the air conditioning will have to be turned off to allow the unit to defrost. And the guest will have no air conditioning during this time and will be responsible for the technician’s call-out charges. VIOLATION OF ANY OF THESE RULES WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTION AND A 2500 FINE.All garbage must be disposed of in plastic bags. you can find a bin outside to dispose it. A 65 fine
