Reenroe beach is only 5 minutes walk from the property down a quiet lane and is very popular for swimming, walking, windsurfing, fishing (bass) and a surf school is located here during the summer months. The Kerry Way passes close to the house, and walkers and birdwatchers will love this location. Nearby Waterville has a world famous golf course, and the Ring of Kerry with its stunning scenery is sure to impress. Free WiFi provided. Oil central heating and electricity extra by meter reading on arrival and prior to departure.

It has peace and tranquillity, fully enclosed large garden, panoramic views of Waterville Beach to the East, Reenroe Beach directly in front and Scarriff Island, Hogs Head and Horse Island westwards. Reenroe Beach offers walking, running, swimming, surfing, horse riding, fishing. Sea angling boat trips can be arranged locally.
Walking, Hill Walking, Cycling: There are many local walks and cycle routes . Bikes can be rented in the nearby town of Cahersiveen. Walks up Bolus Head ( to Bolus Tower), Bray Tower in Valentia, Geokaun Mountain (Valentia) offer breathtaking views over South Kerry and the Sceilig Rocks. Visit Cill Rialaig Famine Village and Artists Retreat and also the Cill Rialaig Art Gallery and Cafe in Dungeagan Village. Information on all these is available in the house and at local tourist offices in Cahersiveen and Waterville.
