The central location was absolutely perfect for us. This made it very easy for us to catch our boat in the morning and just walk down the street for meals. The upstairs shower wasn't working and the downstairs toilet continuously ran, but after a quick call in the morning to the owner, two people came by in the afternoon to check on the issues. (There must be a known issue of sorts with the shower, since the owner said she always asks the cleaning person to make sure it is working when they are there.) The toilet was quickly fixed, but sadly the upstairs shower needed a part and couldn't be fixed before we had to checkout. This meant all showers had to be arranged around the sleeping habits of the person occupying the downstairs bedroom. As a family of 5 adults (three of whom are quite tall), this was fairly inconvenient (and three people chose not to shower at all), but not enough to spoil our stay! In short, we would definitely book here again as long as the shower was guaranteed to work.
