Apartment Bayview is a beautiful and spacious 2 bedroom apartment. It is located just 150m from the nearest beach and 250m from the lovely Mavarštica bay. You can enjoy dining and relaxing on the balcony with its fabulous view over the bay.

The shops and restaurants of the village centre are just 700m away and the apartment is 4km from Trogir, the delightful UNESCO World Heritage town with its many restaurants, bars and shops.

The apartment consists of a large open plan living/dining/kitchen room. Double doors from the living room open onto the sea view balcony. There is one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a twin room with 2 single beds and there is a second bathroom. In the living room is a double sofa bed. The apartment is very tastefully furnished and comfortable.

The apartment is situated on the first floor in the building which is in a quiet neighbourhood. There is a private parking lot for all apartments in the block. The apartment has free WiFi/Internet connection.

Means of access: Getting to the apartment is easy by car or by plane. Split airport is a 11 km taxi ride away and access to the island is by bridge. But please note that local roads become congested during the high season.

Unterkunft zum Wohlfühlen

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit fantastischem Blick auf das Meer. Gute Ausstattung sowohl der Wohnung und der Küche. Ruhige Lage. Sehr angenehm ist die Möglichkeit, zwei Bäder zur Verfügung zu haben. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Strand zu Fuß erreichbar, aber Auto macht es einfacher, besonders wenn man die schöneren Strände nutzen möchte.

Übertraf unsere Erwartungen!

Nachdem wir von der Agentur freundlich den Schlüssel überreicht bekommen und das etwas versteckte Objekt gefunden hatten waren wir von der Aussicht vom Balkon überwältigt! Das eine Bild gibt die Super-Aussicht nicht ansatzweise wieder! Die Wohnung war Tip-Top, sehr praktisch auch die 2 Duschen für 4 Personen die auch 2 Boiler haben.Sehr zu empfehlen die Pizzeria gleich um die Ecke; sehr lecker! Eine sehr schöne und ruhige Bucht in der man immer wieder den entfernt vorbeifahrenden Kreuzfahrtschiffen zuschauen kann. Abends dann die Lichter der Bucht und gegenüberliegenden Inseln... Einziges Manko bei unserem Aufenthalt war dass die fleissigen Inselbewohner noch an jeder Ecke am Ferien-hausbauen sind, zwar in weiter Entfernung, aber für uns doch noch wahrnehmbar. Wir kommen gerne irgendwann wieder!

Absolut super Urlaub

Die FeWo war in einem guten Zustand und war sehr umfangreich ausgestattet. Wifi, Klimaanlage, TV, Ventilatoren, Waschmaschine, Herd, Kochfeld, Kühl-Gefrierkombi, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Kugelgrill, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett. DIe Duschen sind zweckmäßig, könnten perspektivisch erneuert werden. Insgesamt ist das Apartment absolut zu empfehlen. Perfekt ist die Betreuung durch die Vorort ansässige Agentur👍👍👍

Alles prima. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet (insbesondere die Kücheneinrichtung.) Kontakt zur Agentur zügig, freundlich und unkompliziert. Toller Blick über die Bucht von der Terasse aus. Ich würde der Wohnung 95 von 100 Punkten geben. Georg

Tolle Aussicht!

Die Fewo liegt einen Katzensprung entfernt vom Meer. Allerdings geht es steil bergab und anschließend natürlich auch steil bergauf. Für uns kein Problem, aber trotzdem erwähnenswert. Die Fewo ist schön geräumig, hat 2 komplette Bäder und es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Es hätte etwas sauberer sein können, das wäre der einzige Makel. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur lief super. Wir haben bei Einzug ein kleines Problem gehabt, worauf sofort reagiert wurde!

Schöner Urlaub in schöner Atmosphäre

In der Wohnung war alles wie im Angebot beschrieben. Alles hat ohne Komplikationen geklappt. Selbst die Anreise, die sich um einen Tag verspätet hat, war problemlos möglich.

Super Ferienwohnung

Angaben stimmten sowie auf den Bildern, super ausgestattet, sauber, alles was man brauchte war vor Ort. Wir waren mit 2 Hunden da. Das einzigste was nicht so toll war, war der untere Nachbar. Der mag es nicht wenn fremde Hunde im Haus sind und mal bellen. Obwohl Dieser selber einen Hund hat.

Unser Urlaub war richtig schön. Für uns hat alles gestimmt. Ob Haus, Verwaltung, Umgebung, Alle Strände, die wir besichtigen konnten. Vor allem der Copa Cabana Strand. Unsere Kinder waren begeistert. Immer wieder gerne. Danke!

Lovely apartment, very helpful people, excellent value

If anything, the photographs did not do the apartment justice. The view is lovely and the balcony is sunny in the morning then shady when it would otherwise have been too hot to sit out there - perfect. We found the apartment was great for four of us and you could have had two more on the sofa bed and it would still have been fine. Okrug was pleasant, nice beaches, plenty of beach bars, mostly families there when we went in August, probably quieter than other places. Very easy to get to Trogir and not hard to get to Split. We were very impressed by how helpful the Dalmatian Property people were. They arranged our transfer from and to the airport and let us leave luggage after checking out. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and helpful. A lovely apartment and excellent value. Thanks.

Insgesamt ein schöner Urlaub

Das Apartment war für unsere Familie (5 Personen) perfekt, vorallem da 2 badezimmer vorhanden sind konnten wir einiges an Zeit sparen. Der Ausblick ist Traumhaft und wir haben gerne zeit auf dem Balkon verbracht. Das Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Einziger Kritik punkt ist, dass es in den schlafzimmern keine klimaanlage gibt wodurch es manchmal ziemlich warm wurde, jedoch gibt es 2 stand- ventilatoren die geholfen haben (aber laut waren). Der Strand ist nur wenige geh-minuten enfernt und leicht zu erreichen jedoch ist der weg relativ steil. Der feine kies Strand ist wunderschön jedoch auch ziemlich voll, das wasser ist sehr sauber und klar gewesen, perfekt zum schnorcheln. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Restaurants die zu fuß einfach zu erreichen sind, sowie eine Fähre nach Trogir, weshalb wir kaum auf unser auto angewiesen waren.

Urlaub ist was man daraus macht...;)

Wir, eine vierköpfige Familie, verbrachten hier unsere Sommerferien. Der Kontakt mit der Verwaltung vor Ort war nett und hilfreich. Fragen wurden immer schnell beantwortet, Hinweise auf etwaige Missstände wurde umgehend nachgegangen. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben, in einem Appartementhaus mit drei Parteien, vorzufinden. Sie befindet sich im ersten Obergeschoss. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Leider war die Wohnung in einem nicht gänzlich gereinigten Zustand vorzufinden (Küche, Sitzfläche Stühle, Bezüge Couch). Im Rahmen des Aufenthaltes kam es mehrfach zu einem üblen Kloakengeruch in einem der Badezimmer. Hier wurde versucht seitens der Verwaltung Abhilfe zu schaffen. Aufgrund der vielen Mücken musste eigenständig "Sicherungsmaßnahmen" (Netz am Fenster) erfolgen. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen fantastischen Blick auf die vorgelagerte Inselkette und das adriatische Meer. Die Balkonmöbel haben ihre besten Zeiten bereits erlebt. Zudem ist festzustellen, dass die Wohnung in dem Objekt die einzige ist, die über keine Markise verfügt. Dies ist bei den vielen Sonnenstunden als echter Nachteil anzusehen! Weiter Kleinigkeiten lasse ich hier aus. Der ca. 250m lange Weg zur kleinen Bucht, führt über eine stark abfallende Straße. Der Platz in diesem Bereich ist zur Ferienzeit arg begrenzt. Hier muss man bereit sein, sich Alternativen zu suchen, die wir gefunden haben;) Im Umfeld der Wohnung sind diverse kleinere Restaurants zu finden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Bäcker/kleiner Markt) sind ca. 10m fußläufig an der Kirche zu finden. Der Bereich Okrug Gornij bietet ein schönes Urlaubsziel ,von dem aus man weitere Unternehmungen (Strandausflüge/Sehenswürdigkeiten) starten kann. Die Stadt Split ist unweit gelegen und der fantastische Nationalpark KrKa ist nach ca. 40 min Fahrtzeit zu erreichen. Aufgrund der überall vorhandenen Kiesstrände werden hier unsererseits Wasserschuhe empfohlen. Die Gegend bietet das Potenzial, dass man seinen Urlaub hier erneut verbringen möchte.

Immer wieder gerne

Wir waren super zufrieden, mit einfach allem. Die Wohnung war super sauber und sehr geräumig. Die Lage ist wirklich traumhaft und der Kontakt mit der Agentur war ebenfalls sehr gut. Die Mitarbeiterinnen waren jederzeit ansprechbar. Also alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub!! Wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste mal.. Grüße...

Schöne gepflegte Wohnung mit tollem Meerblick. Lage ruhig und nur ein paar Gehminuten zum Strand.

Die Insel bietet alles von Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Metzger, Restaurant... Schöner länger Kiesstrand Cococabana mit vielen Bars. Mit dem Taxiboot bequem nach Trogir in die malerische Altstadt. In der Hauptsaision viel Tourismus. Es lohnt sich ein Boot ausleihen und die Buchten zu erkunden und Schnorcheln.

Wir waren jetzt zwei Wochen in Okrug Gornji und sind wirklich begeistert. Die Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen und entspricht voll und ganz der Beschreibung. Très bon séjour

Appartement très agréable, très bien équipé et très propre. Vue magnifique du balcon mais accès à la mer un peu difficile a cause d'un chemin très pentu. Nous recommandons cet location.

Wunderschöne Wohnung, gute Ausstattung, super Lage

Die Wohnung hat uns absolut positiv überrascht und begeistert. Die Aufteilung ist klasse, ebenso wie die Ausstattung. Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine haben uns gute Dienste geleistet. Der Ausblick auf das Meer ist absolut genial. Die Lage ist zwar zentral aber trotzdem angenehm ruhig. Die Wege zum Strand sind angenehm kurz. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur verlief angenehm problemlos und schnell. Man war stets bemüht, alle Fragen schnellstmöglich zu klären und es erfolgte immer eine prompte Reaktion. Vielen Dank für den guten Service! 👍😊 Wir werden die Wohnung sicher wieder buchen.

très beau séjour

Très bel appartement, très propre, balcon et vue superbe, contact avec l'agence très facile et gentil. Difficile à trouver, le plan, aussi pour le chemin vers l'agence, devrait etre mieux élaboré, la tv ne trouve pas de chaines et le wifi ne fonctionne pas toujours.
