Double wide large driveway, 2 car garage (second space small). Walk out from dining are on to the large back deck with a new grill and cozy patio furniture, spacious yard that is private and relaxing + outdoor fire pit and seating. This home is nestled in a nice friendly neighborhood filled with beautiful Birch Trees. Within a few miles you will find Top This Pizza, Dunkin Donuts, Bear Creek Restaurant, and multiple restaurants on the water, a liquor store, pharmacy and so much more. The Birch Tree House is within minutes from Oneida Lake, Oneida Shores Park (Beach, boat launch, fishing and camping) short drive to all downtown entertainment. Including the SU Dome, Amphitheater, Destiny Mall, The NYS Fair & so much MORE. We are down the road from Highway 81. The future Micron computer chip manufacturer is being built just a few miles away from this house in Clay, NY.

Home away from home

My family and I had the best experience with our stay and our host, Renee. She was great! She made sure we had everything we needed. The house is fully stocked with everything you need during your stay! Location is close to everything. The perfect home away from home for a couple or a family!

Stayed for fishing tournament

Six of us stayed for a bass fishing tournament. We were able to park 3 trucks and 3 bass boats in the driveway. House is located in a nice neighborhood and is only a couple miles away from the lake. Just a heads up that they ask for a $500 refundable deposit in case there is any damage to the house. Overall we had a nice experience staying at this property.
