Welcome to Grumpy Old Cabin! Our one bedroom, one bath home on Lake Letta has been remodeled from floor to ceiling!! The bedroom has a new memory foam mattress, a large closet with a washer and dryer, a retractable smart TV and a mini split. The kitchen is ready for you to make gourmet meals whether it be on the two burner stovetop, convection oven, or microwave. The front living room has a sofa sleeper, a large mini split and is open to the kitchen. The 'lake room' has expansive views of the water, a beverage fridge, a hightop table for 4, 85" smart TV for those rainy nights and the third mini split. Enjoy the sunsets in the screened in porch OR on the patio while you cook burgers at the grill. Don't miss the chance to rinse off in the outdoor shower after fishing on the kayaks! Monthly and seasonal rental possibly available! 5 minute drive to Pinecrest Golf Club. 10 minute drive to Highlands Ridge.
