The Space:

Step into a refined coastal sanctuary. Recently subjected to a comprehensive top-to-bottom renovation, Ocean Villa C125 features high-end finishes rarely found in resort rentals. The heart of the home is an open-concept kitchen equipped with custom white shaker cabinetry, polished granite countertops, and a full suite of stainless steel appliances—perfect for preparing post-beach meals.

The living area is anchored by beautiful coastal luxury vinyl plank flooring and leads to a private balcony overlooking the tranquil marsh side of the resort, offering a quiet reprieve from the midday sun.

Sleeping Arrangements: The master bedroom features a plush King-sized bed, while the hallway provides cleverly integrated twin bunk beds, ideal for children.

The Bathroom: A sleek, modernized space featuring a state-of-the-art tiled bathtub and contemporary fixtures.



Guest Access:

Guests enjoy full, unrestricted access to the premier amenities of the Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort. This includes:

Aquatics: Two swimming pools, including the largest beachfront pool on the island.

Athletics: 4 professional Tennis Courts and 8 Pickleball Courts, plus basketball and beach volleyball.

Family Fun: An on-site playground and dedicated picnic areas with charcoal grills.

Convenience: On-site bike rentals to explore the 50+ miles of local trails and two on-site restaurants for beachfront dining.

Parking: One complimentary parking pass is included. Additional passes are available for $35 per vehicle.

Check-in Requirements: All guests must be 25 years or older (unless accompanied by a parent/guardian). A valid ID and credit card are required upon arrival.

Prohibited Items: Please be advised that e-bikes are strictly prohibited within the community.

Cleaning & Tobacco: This is a 100% non-smoking property. A $500 restoration fee applies to any violations.

Supplies: We provide a starter set of plates, cups, bowls, and cookware. Please bring your own "cooking basics" (oil, salt, pepper, etc.) and chopsticks, as these are not provided.

Promotions: Take advantage of our "Stay 3, Get 1 Free" (Sept 2 – March 1) or our Snowbird special "Stay 3 Weeks, Get 1 Free" (Jan 1 – March 1). Please mention these at the time of booking.

Overall we were very happy with our stay here! We’ve been coming to the HHBT resort for 5 years and have stayed at different condos each time. This one by far had the best location with proximity to the stairs, beach and pool. Our condo was clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Location

I have never considered myself a “beach lover” but this trip changed my mind. We really enjoyed the location of this property. We were close to the beach, pool, and the free trolley pickup spot. Being in the middle of the island was also a plus. The property was very clean and well kept. We plan on staying here again, and we’re very excited we found a fun and quiet beach spot for our family!

Cozy place and step to the beach

It was a very Nice condo. We stayed 3 days and enjoyed steps to the pool and beach. Very relaxing unit with full kitchen and living room. Bedroom open to bunk beds if you have little ones. There’s only one tv so there’s not one in the bedroom but for our vacation it was ok. The balcony facing the back nice and quiet.We would recommend this unit.

Great place

We had a great time, super close to beach, pool, and eating/drinking hut that had such a fun vibe for all of our family members no matter the age. The only thing I would suggest is to have more room for unpacking. There was no pantry or drawers for clothes or food. You had to be creative to put them in the two cabinets that were there. Overall though we made it work and it was fabulous! I would stay here again.
