Cheerful 4 Bedroom home close to the waters edge.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Walking distance to Superior Bay and Central Park. Enjoy the off street parking included with the house. A large kitchen and dining room to host your group. 4 bedroom 3 bath with 5 very comfortable beds so everyone can enjoy a good nights rest. There are 3 Queen size beds and 2 Full size beds at the house. All the bedrooms and two bathrooms are on the second floor. There is a game room with dartboard in the basement and a bathroom. The sleeper sofa is a Twin size bed.

Comfortable beds! Big kitchen with 2 refrigerators (very nice because we always bring a lot of stuff)! Lovely front porch (perfect for a morning coffee)! Very nice neighborhood!

Owner was very helpful in preparing for our trip. We had 7 adults and 4 kids and they stayed in comfortably. Nice touch having kuerig pods and coffee creamer there for us note. it would be helpful to know there is a Keurig in the description. Only negative is that while there are 3 bathrooms there are none on the main floor.

It's a comfortable old home that easily accommodates 8 ladies..... the only issue is there is no bathroom on the main floor. There are 3 bathrooms... one is an en suite, which was nice for 2 mom's and 2 daughters..... this home needs more mirrors and wall clocks.......

This neighborhood is great! Very quiet and peaceful. Also very close to the water.

What makes this property unique

We chose this house with the intent at larger groups of people traveling the area. I run a charter fishing company out of Duluth and often have large groups stay at the house.
