Everything was as advertised. I chose the walk up on purpose, knowing we would be gluttonous while on vacation. The only thing I would note is the glassware cabinet could use some shelf paper- it’s a little iffy with the old paint. I felt compelled to wash every cup before using it. Overall, great location, clean, and well supplied.

Toilet tank flapper and flush unit should be looked at by a plumber. On several occasions I had to remove tank cover and manually re seat flapper so tank would fill. Kitchen faucet also should be addressed by a plumber. Refrigerator is teetering and needs to be leveled, every time you open door the unit tilts forward and rocks back and forth.

Three Story Stairway

Great location but lots of stairs. Not worth what we paid to rent this apartment. Toilet needs work, need to replace internal parts as it does not flush consistently. Advertised to have central air but has two wall units taped in with painters tape. Windows holding air conditioning units are cracked and have gaps to the outside. When turning on water there is a sulfur gas smell. Mold and leak marks above tub.

Great location but three flights up!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Thank God we decided to leave our dogs home at the last minute! We originally selected this rental because it was pretty friendly. It didn't say it was on the fourth floor! We were bringing our aged dogs with us because we didn't want to leave them behind any longer, but at the last minute we found a dog sitter we were comfortable with. Otherwise, we'd have been carrying two 15 lb. Dachshunds up and down the stairs each time we came and went, as well as whenever they needed to be walked, which for 15 year old dogs, is more frequent than you want to be climbing the stairs that often for. Other than that, as long as you don't intend to ever use the living room as a living room because the seating was just uncomfortable for two people, or watching TV, because the remote controls were useless. And the batteries went out in one of the smoke detectors...chirp,chirp,chirp .... and of course the remote control batteries were different!The bed was comfortable, the water pressure was good and the water was hot, but bring bottled water to drink, but that's just Savannah.

Girls Weekend in Savannah

Overall, I was very happy with the location, which is walking distance to sqaures, shopping and restaurants. However, the check-in had a hiccup because I was not understanding of which door to enter and used the code I was given, walking in and waking up an elderly gentleman and his partner and giving them quite a fright. Apparently, the rental company had given the same code to both of us, which is not safe in the least. They did answer immediately when I called and directed me on how to enter my unit. The listing also said there was a pull-out sofa to sleep on, which was not true. There was a small love seat and a few air mattresses, two of which did not hold air. This made the first night of sleeping pretty uncomfortable until trial and error produced an air mattress which worked. I did not want to make this review public at first, so I emailed the rental company directly, and have not gotten any response from them. It is a beautiful historic home right in the heart of Savannah, but if you are not down for an air mattress, you may want to avoid this one. The king bed was comfy, if you are only a couple or traveling with kids who don't have middle-aged backs. :)

Great getaway to Savannah

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I really enjoyed the Southern Belle Skyline. It was a perfect location in between Forsyth park and the historic downtown. The only complaint we had was it was a little noisy from the street traffic and the window A/C units. Otherwise, everything was perfect.
