Just 20 min to downtown Sevierville, 30 min to Pigeon Forge, 40 minutes to Gatlinburg. Grocery, gas stations within 4 miles.

Keep dock swim later up and securely tied when not in use.
Put garbage in bags and put in the container. If you have excess garbage take it to the garbage facility on Flat Creek Rd and Newport Hwy.
