Condo does have about 4-5 easy steps down from parking lot to front door

Guests MUST be 25 years old and staying at condo to book condo.

No Pets Allowed

Clean room, nicely decorated- the lady loved it. Comfortable bedGood A/CGated complex was good and grounds were nice. Pool was clean. 3 lights were out,-2 in the hall and one in the bedroom.The office was closed for the weekend when we were booked to arrive, but we figured things out quickly, and it wasn't an issue as I already had the info necessary to get in to our unit. Host was nice and responded to all questions. Overall stay was great.

Regarding the HOA office, yes it being a smaller gated community they aren't open on weekends, but like you said we make sure to get you all the info you need prior to arriving anyway and can always call me for anything needed.
