This villa nippino has a unique old Florida feel.
This property is located west of the trail 30 minute walk to Venice Beach. 30 minute walk to Casey key.
15 minute walk to Venice Island downtown .
3 minutes from Legacy trail.
This property has the old Florida fill with huge banyan trees in the front yard.
This property has been fully renovated, all new flooring, new kitchen cabinets, new bathroom, toilet, new shower,
Large flat screen television in the living room and connected to the Wi-Fi unlimited.
We have clean towels and clean sheets .
This unit does have washer and dryer.
Short to medium term rental.
