The Lighthouse at Copano Bay

Relax with family and friends at this peaceful community located on Copano Bay. Enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets on the upper deck and ground level patio. (No Pier access.) This home is perfect to share with multiple families. The Two Large bedrooms each with full bath and private entrance. Just minutes away from Goose Island State Park, Rockport or Fulton beach. Rockport is home of some of the best fishing. Bring your fishing gear and swimsuits and enjoy the beach and GOOD food!
The space
The property sits on a corner lot. Located on a cul-de-sac. There are two driveways (front and back) with access to garage. The split level house allows for large bedrooms and outside access from each bathroom to upper deck. The open floor plan of living room and kitchen area allow for cozy accommodations. The “lighthouse” spiral stairs make this house unique. Be sure to take a photo at the lighthouse “RED” stairs.
