This home has a great vantage point of the river! Tucked away, well off the busy road, with wonderful amenities included! We enjoyed using the boat ramp to launch our boat and for river floats. Heather was a great host and very accommodating!
My college friends and I have been paddling the Edisto River, over a weekend in June, for the past 20-years and this was our favorite house so far. Great location, great deck to hang out on with a great view. The landing was very nice to launch and take out kayaks. Great river house!
Absolutely loved the location. Spent most of my time sitting on the swing watching floaters go by. The house was stocked with just about anything you needed. Having tubes and life jackets there allowed my family to float down the river which is something they have never done or thought about doing. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we will be back next year!
This place was amazing. We had a really great time exploring the area. The fishing wasn’t great but that’s because the river was up…but fish were still caught. Was a bit anxious on the water due to the gators but never saw a single one. The neighbors were super nice as well and talked with them a few times. Overall the place and communication was excellent. The house is super comfy and had many of the necessary start ups like coffee, TP, towels, spices etc…. We did find a little hole in the wall called Hutch’s Kuntry Kookin and the food was excellent! We ate breakfast and two dinners there and would highly recommend. Get there early though for the specials. Would highly recommend this place and would definitely come back.
Beautiful location and home. Very quiet and relaxing, it was nice at night to be able to clearly see the stars and hear nature. The home has everything you need! Would stay again if we are back in the area. Very responsive host. You won’t regret booking this!
The property was quiet, peaceful and relaxing. The house was comfortable and welcoming and made you feel at home. My family and our dog enjoyed it it very much.
