The place was exactly as described. Amelia was very communicative. The place was immaculate and you can tell so much thought went into the space. It's so convenient to everything which was also great. We can't wait to stay here again.

We were their first guest ever and our stay was excellent. The house was beautiful! And very accommodating to our needs and the host is very responsive. There weren’t any negatives, but things you’ll want to be mindful of that probably won’t be so obvious in the images. The living space is really small.. especially the showers. Our cousin who travelled with us is 6ft4 and overlooked that specific detail when we booked. Also, the home is on a busy street.. this wasn’t an issue for us but if the noise from the street would possibly bother you while you’re resting, this is just something to consider when choosing this homeStill 10 out of 10 for us! Thanks for your hospitality!

This is a wonderful home...everything is brand new from the foundation up! All new furniture, appliances, HVAC and amenities such as linens, towels, rugs and dishes! The hosts are second to none! Their attention to details from expertly designed and matching wall tiles to dishes to silverware reflect a passion for perfection and making our stay enjoyable and welcoming. Unexpected treats including snacks, soft drinks and Kerug coffee pods as well as soap, shampoo and conditioners added to the warmth and inviting nature of the stay.In life things happen and how the host responds is more memorable than the event. There was an issue with the brand new air conditioning as we were using it for the first time. The host and HVAC technician were at the home within minutes. When the technician determined it needed a part, the owner quickly went to a hardware store and returned with a portable unit and 3 vertical fans. The entire home was comfortable within 30 minutes. They were very apologetic and much more responsive and accommodating than expected even though we would only need the AC for a few hours before the weather cooled down. The home is very conveniently located in the heart of Summerville. It is within walking distance to downtown businesses and attractions. The home and hosts greatly exceeded our expectations! We will definitely plan on staying here in the future trips to the area!Thank you for sharing your lovely home and being such gracious and attentive hosts!

My husband and I felt very comfortable and at home. The cottage is beautifully decorated with lots of attention to detail. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch overlooking the gorgeous treed yard. The entire space was well thought out. Thank you for the treats and extra tlc. We hope to come again.

This property is so tastefully decorated. It is warm and cozy, very clean and has a modern fresh look. Pets are allowed and will enjoy the huge fenced yard. The keyless entry was very user friendly. The kitchen and bath came with all the necessary items to get your day started. The property owner was wonderful to communicate with. And the location is amazing! So close to downtown, the walking trail and the beautiful Azalea Park.
