Rental Agreement & Security Hold: Guests must e-sign our rental agreement and Must submit a $500 off-platform security hold that will be collected upon signing rental agreement but it will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no damages are reported. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits.
3) ** STRICT CANCELLATION for DERBY/ Bourbon & Beyond **
4) Visitors are not permitted unless you make a special request to the host and receive approval.
5) We have exterior surveillance with voice and recording capabilities of the parking area and front door. They are in place for security of guests and the home. We do NOT have interior cameras nor camera in the backyard.
6) The Dome is not recommended for use during hot summer months. We suggest enjoying the other amenities during warmer months for optimal comfort.
7) We cannot accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs for same-day turnarounds.
8) For days without same-day turnarounds, we offer early check-ins and late check-outs at the following rates: $100 for up to 2 hours, $250 for 2 to 4 hours, and a full day's rate for more than 4 hours.
9) Please note that for cancellations of bookings made on platforms other than Airbnb, a Stripe card processing fee of 3% will be deducted from the total refund.
