The home set in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood right along the Ohio River, offering beautiful views and direct water access. The area has a suburban feel with plenty of trees, yet it’s only minutes from downtown Jeffersonville and just across the bridge from Louisville, making it convenient for commuting or accessing city amenities.



Getting Around:

It is only about a 5–10 minute drive to downtown Jeffersonville and roughly 8–10 minutes across the bridge into downtown Louisville, making both areas easily accessible for work, dining, and entertainment. For air travel, Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport (SDF) is the closest major airport at just 10–15 minutes away, while Clark Regional Airport in Sellersburg offers nearby regional service within a similar short drive.



Other Things to Note:

Boats: The nearest boat ramps are at Shawnee Park Boat Ramp and Greenwood Ramp. For rentals, please reach out to Louisville Boat Rental.



Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. If you require early check-in or late check-out, please let us know in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.



No Smoking: For the comfort of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited inside. Please smoke outside.



Pet Policy: We allow for a maximum of two dogs per stay with a one time fee of $150.



Quiet Enjoyment: Respect for fellow residents and neighbors is paramount. Please keep noise levels at a considerate level, especially during quiet hours, to maintain a peaceful environment.



Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed in the penthouse is as indicated in your booking details. Hosting additional overnight guests without prior approval is not permitted.



Security: To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal. Security deposit of $500 will be required before check in.



Monitoring: We have camera's outside of the home for your safety. It will be recording during the reservations. Tampering with these will result in a fine.
