The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place all used towels on the 3rd floor by the washer. Do not start.
Turn the thermostats to 75 cool before you leave during warmer months (May-September) and 65 heat during the rest of the year (October-Apri).
Take all trash to the blue dumpsters in the complex.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Nice and well appointed place, clean and plenty of space to spread out. Location could have been a little better but it was quiet and there’s one great brewery nearby

Very hospitable host. It’s a nice renovated stay. Bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper due to the train but it’s not horrible at all. Would definitely stay here again!

We just returned from a mini vacation to Chattanooga. This place was exactly (if not better) as pictured. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the trains go by. Ben was always very quick to respond the any questions. We would highly recommend Southside Charmer and we’ll definitely be back.

This was the perfect place to stay for a family wedding in Chattanooga. The location was very convenient. The kitchen was a joy to use to prepare meals; the coffee bar was a treat; and there was plenty of light and space. Garage parking is a bonus and it was easy to get our fur family members to the small dog park. There are trains and train sounds but we enjoyed them and slept well each night in the very comfortable beds. All the bathrooms were clean and well appointed. Laundry was available also and came in handy. We would most definitely stay here again!

Super Cute, Very Clean, and Thoughfully Stocked

Ben's rental property was very cute and spacious with plenty of room for the 7 of us! Everything was exactly as pictured.Check in was prompt and easy. Ben was very responsive and gave really good local recommendations for restaurants and bars. The unit was really well stocked with a coffee bar and had all the kitchen utensils and appliances we needed.Each bedroom was well decorated and had comfy beds and towels.We didn't have any children with us, but there were gates around the stairs, a highchair, and plates and utinsils for kid's.Over all, 10/10 would reccomend!!Thanks for a great stay!!!

Host was great, amenities are great , Location in city is safe although a little isolated. Drawbacks for us was that we thought this unit would be only two stories not three. My 85 year old mom had to stay in bottom floor bedroom 90% time. Bringing her up to family area was a task. My son's wife is 6 months pregnant and the two flights of stairs to get to upstairs bedroom was not easy. She is ex Military and in mid 20's,great shape but that is a workout. Other issue I wish we had known is constant train noise ,unit backs up to major freight rail line. Unit is great if you love stairs , you are in good shape and don't mind Train noise. Bring luggage up to 3rd floor is not easy , stairs are steep.

The property was lovely! I would note that it is situated directly next to a train track, but the area felt safe and the trains weren't loud enough to bother us at all. Everything was clean and modern, and the coffee/espresso bar was great! Also, it is very conveniently located near great restaurants and things to do. We would definitely stay here again.
