6,000 square feet luxury home in a great location with wonderful 270 degree views of mountains and the Great Salt Lake. Home boasts 3 large decks so every floor has spectacular views. Enjoy a large, remodeled gourmet kitchen, theatre room, new lower deck with new large hot tub and massive firepit that can accommodate 14+ guests including an outdoor TV. Main floor also has a smaller fire pit off kitchen. The 3 large family areas, 2 full size kitchens, and 2 laundry rooms accommodate a variety of needs. The second floor family room has a pool table, ping pong, foos ball, and an exercise bike. This home is great for family and friend retreats due to the large bedrooms and the number of bathrooms. Minutes to 4 ski resorts and restaurants in Cottonwood Heights. Parking for 5 cars.

We love entertaining and built/finished this home to accommodate a large group where everyone can enjoy not only the large entertaining spaces and views, but also have adequate personal space to relax. Home has 6 full size large bathrooms, 3 of them are en suites. Bedrooms are all large and 4 of them are king size beds. We have 4 properties and are premium hosts with VRBO. This one was listed/rented awhile ago, but we moved into the home and have not rented it for several years. All previous reviews were 5 star.
