We wish we had heeded reviewers advice and avoided the place, good ocean view but that was it, cheap beds were terrible to sleep on.Its hard to enjoy your vacation when your back is in constant pain.Vinyl Couch and love seat look 20 yrs old and are cracking from age. Food from previous tenants were left in the refrigerator for us to dispose of, place was poorly cleaned. I feel it's one of those places where owners put as little as possible into their place and try to extract as much as possible in rent, place is overpriced for what you receive, plus there is a no cancellation policy which you should be aware of unlike most home away properties. This is an old building with the condo showing it's age, The door to the balcony was so unruly my wife couldn't open it without help. I could go on about our other problems but you get the picture. To top it off the owner wants us to pay for her cracked vinyl couch!!!! BEWARE

Fantastic.

Fabulous condo right on the beach. Victoria was a pleasure to deal with. Nice clean and modern condo. Returning for three months mid July. Highly recommended!

Very good stay and very nice location ..

We stayed 30 days (29 nights) including 18 days with 4 adults. The building is very well located with underground parking. Valet parking also available. The apartment is very well furnished and very large. Very clean and very well equipe, linen of bed and dishes there is nothing missing. The balcony on the ocean is very pleasant. The building is immaculate and the staff very friendly. The "DIPLOMAT hotel" is next door. A Walmart is a 10-minute walk away. My husband and I hope to return again in the future (ideal for 4 adults to share the cost) I will recommend it to my friends without hesitation.

Very disappointing

Fabulous ocean view BUT that was it. All the beds were as hard as wood (we had to purchase another mattress). The furniture the cheapest ever and the unit was sparsely furnished. Also had to purchase a table for the living room. Very little lighting & what was available was dim. The kitchen chairs were too uncomfortable to sit on. Everything was clean but looked like it had been disposed of, even the blankets. No blackout shades. Parking across a busy street.

GREAT!!!!

My family and I had a great time staying at this condo.We specifically wanted to have ocean views and central location and this condo was exactly that.Very clean,very specious,everything new or newer and well equipped for our needs.I appreciated free wi-fi ,so we were able to watch movies on our Roku.Loved the ocean front heated pool.We also spent a lot of time just lounging on the balcony and enjoying ocean breeze.To me , this is what Florida is all about.Really hope to come back next year.
