Beautifully appointed cottage-like unit in independent house
in the heart of idyllic Chappaqua. Fully furnished and very bright unit with a large living room, one large bedroom with a queen size bed (14 inch mattress) and one small bedroom with a futon (also serves as a meditation room or creative space). Bright eat-in kitchen with large island - kitchen is equipped with high end appliances including Nespresso coffee maker, air-fryer, nutri-bullet blender and everything else a fully-functional kitchen needs. Bathroom has a walk-in shower. Unit has two air-conditioning units, a wrap around porch with outdoor seating for two and a hammock. Ideal location in the heart of downtown Chappaqua, walking distance to restaurants, Starbucks, Chappaqua library, Chappaqua Farmers Market and a five/six minute walk to Chappaqua Metro-North train station. Ideal for one or two persons looking for a month-to-month or longer sublet. Ideal tenant MUST be a non-smoker, very clean, quiet and respectful of the home, funishings and decor.
