Once you contacted us, we dispatched emergency maintenance to get it resolved as quickly as possible. We would have appreciated the chance to address any concerns during your stay had they been raised with us directly so we could inspect and correct them in real time. Our team was prepared to address it first thing in the morning, but due to the urgency, the building concierge made the decision to contact the fire department. While we understand this was disruptive, it was a situation beyond our control, and we did our best to coordinate a timely resolution. We appreciate your stay and your understanding. Best regards.

Thank you for your feedback, Fadi. At the time of your stay, both indoor and outdoor temperatures were within a normal seasonal range. The building operates on a seasonal HVAC system—AC is active only during warmer months, and heat during cooler seasons. Our team provided clear instructions on how to switch the thermostat to heating mode, but it appears they were not followed. Nonetheless, we contacted emergency maintenance, and they were able to assist with the adjustment. As noted in the listing, parking is an optional add-on service, and the daily rate reflects the monthly cost we pay for access. Our 24/7 team remained available and responsive throughout your stay.
