We had a great stay Big yard for kids, wish i would have brought my pitching wedge for poractice Lots of attractions within 30 mins to hour. Overall we had a wonderful trip.
Beautiful cabin this was my first in a cabin and I was not disappointed the cabin lace is absolutely beautiful very relaxingI would absolutely book again 100% would recommend for family get away
Finally unpacked and integrated back to reality. My family and I enjoyed our stay. So peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed the pool as well. Such a beautiful place with plenty of room for the whole family. Only thing was maybe curtains for the living room?!? Maybe that’s the vibe (open and airy) , but the family did mention feeling uneasy in the evening. Check in and check out was easy, no fuss. Will book again.

Salisbury cabin
The cabin was large and spacious, and had solid accommodations except for, quite literally, the most important. There house uses non potable water, and the host said to use the fridge to drink from but the fridge dispenser wouldn't work. Showering and washing dishes with non potable water is really dangerous, and needs to be remedied.

There is no Potable water
The listing did not state that the house had no potable water. After we arrived and settled in, we found a sign over the kitchen sink stating that the water was not potable and to not drink it. I do not travel with drinking water as I always drink from the tap. I also had 2 children under age 2 with me. The water not being potable was unrelated to the recent Hurricane Helene. Additionally, there were exterior security cameras pointrd directly at the pool. In clear violation of the VRBO policy. There was nothing in thr listing or posted in the house about there being cameras.
There are motion sensor lights that sit right by the hot tub, which cannot be turned off and thus constantly turn on and off. It attracted bugs and was annoying. The owner said there is switch under the lights, but that only changed settings and did not have an on/off switch.
We collected several big package deliveries during our stay and stored them.
The cabin is beautiful, but due to its design, it is a big echo chamber, and you're able to hear every person on the top floor throughout the other floors of the cabin.
Clealiness was good overall, but the kids found lots of Zyn noctine containers upstairs, which we threw away.
We had to evacuate WNC due to Hurricane Helene and was pleased with the hot water and water pressure, and a premium washer and dryer.
