The hosts were absolutely amazing! We will be back EVERY year! I was also impressed with the high end bedding and towels. Made for amazing sleep! We also fell in love with the ice maker! Perfect Place to stay!

Everything was super comfortable! Couches, bedding and garden tub were lovely! Bath Towels were luxurious! Pool and hot tub were the mainstays! Really private driveway and insanely peaceful views of nothing but LAKE! We will be back! A true home away from home! Thank you Brian and Delia!

We had a terrific Time at Tuckertown. The house was well appointed and very comfortable. We loved spending time in the pool and sitting outside enjoying nature. The property is private and so peaceful. The owner pointed us to 2 great little towns not far away to enjoy a 4th of July Parade and the other to find some great antique stores. One thing that I found so helpful was that the TV had access to all the major streaming services and local channels.

we rent a house in the area every year for our thanksgiving vacation & this is our favorite place we’ve ever stayed! Will definitely be booking again :) The house was perfect, the most comfortable beds, great WiFi, a perfect yard for our 4 kids & our dogs. No complaints at all, we can’t wait to be back!

Weekend away

We had a wonderful stay at this lakeside retreat. The setting is incredibly peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen had plenty of cookware to prepare meals. We also enjoyed the nearby hiking trails.

Wonderful location on quiet waterway. Plenty of fish jumping but I guess they didn’t like what I was offering. Caught lots of catfish though. Hot tub was put to good use. Pool was nice and clean. Shower off main bedroom was very small and the steps down to the lake need some work but overall very happy with vacation. Grill was awesome and the home had everything we needed. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Would stay again.

The kitchen was equipped better than mine at home! The hot tub was a wonderful way to end the day, with wonderful views of the lake and night sky. The host was very responsive and helpful. We brought our two dogs with us, and they loved being able to come on our mini-vacation with us. Looking forward to being able to visit again!

Great Secluded Getaway

Amazing House on the Lake

This home was such a wonderful, secluded home in NC. Waking up to drink coffee on the back porch looking at the water was so peaceful. We enjoyed the boat and hiking. Incredible place to stay with your family!

Great Getaway from Triangle

Wonderful spot!

So quiet and comfortable! Can't remember the last time we've been able to relax this much. Plenty of towels, linens and kitchen necessities Also, Internet is really good, so if you have to plug in,you won't be disappointed. Will definitely book again.

Our stay was for 7 days, and I have to say it was pleasant. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. Bed linens were very clean and comfortable. Having a covered back deck was very much appreciated with grill/smoker, swing and hot tub. The swimming pool was very clean/clear but a wee bit cold for us in early May. We truly enjoyed the deck overlooking the lake for morning coffee and reading. Fishing off of the dock was fun, just a lot of steps to get there for us senior citizens. Also, the hammock was comfy and peaceful for napping or reading. Nighttime by the firepit making smores and just hanging out was nice. Bryan and Delia thank you

Family Fun at the Lake

We had a wonderful time at the lake and the owners were very hospitable. Our dogs were welcomed and it was wonderful having them along. Having the boat available made the vacation that much more enjoyable. We will certainly come back.
