It was amazing I loved it just needed a lil fixing to the property like the steps in the house wasn’t all the way out together but my stay was amazing I loved it the owner was so sweet and nice
I don’t blame the owner, however I rented a place and drove all the way into town and found out the house was still in a renovation and all I got back with my money didn’t matter. I have no place to go or anything else almost as if should I reimburse you as a question
The location was perfect for our needs. Parking was very easy with assigned spots. There was dirt or mold around the attic access, directly above the bed and the living room furniture was not very comfortable.
We loved this stay. The place is very clean, check-in process very easy and clear. The rental is very close to anything you need in Cary downtown or Raleigh.
First, the location is great.. it’s close to everything and the complex seems safe. However, the unit itself could use lots of attention with the stairs being the worst. Not only are they steep, they’re missing the trim that help grip as you step down. The living room furniture is also uncomfortable. With a little more effort, this could be a nice place to stay. The description does caution that it isn’t the fanciest so take them at their word.

Stairs broken in multiple places, lukewarm hot water, bifold hallway doors off the laundry area and stacked in the living room, both coffee tables broken, front screen door wont latch, multiple water leak stains on the walls and ceilings of bedrooms, none of the TV's have any signal to any service, property manager unresponsive. Clearly a not well taken care of property
Great location in quiet neighborhood. The property is in the process of having the carpet taken out and replaced with other type flooring. Steps were a little tricky not having the flooring completed up the stairs. Furnished kitchen with everything that we needed to fix a great meal. There is a keurig- which I loved and was able to have my coffee each morning. Overall a great place and will definitely stay again.
Everything was as expected with two king bedrooms and attached full baths on the second floor and a half bath on the first. The front porch leads to a tree filled space which was perfect for our two dogs to roam around. The location worked well to get to our concerts as it is close to downtown and south of the city. Stairs do need fixing as some of the trim had fallen off. Overall we would definitely come back again.
