The Neighborhood:
Your home away from home is located in one of the most diverse cities in the U.S., Irving, Texas. You’ll be conveniently located just 2.2 miles from DFW Airport, 14.2 miles to Dallas Love Field, 19 miles to downtown Dallas, and 13 miles from the AT&T Stadium.

In addition to the many amazing attractions offered in the nearby major cities, Irving has plenty to see and do itself. You’ll be close to nature with lots of parks and lakes nearby. Lake Carolyn 6.1 miles away where you can enjoy a gondola ride. Running Bear Park features ponds and a creek and is just 8.2 miles drive. Beautiful Irving lake is also just 9.1 miles away. For some great family fun, Epic Waters Indoor Waterpark is located 12.4 miles away. Be wowed by the human oddities at Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum, 12 miles away in neighboring Grand Prairie. You can also pay a visit to the first ever theme park in the famous Six Flags chain, Six Flags Over Texas, both 9.4 miles away. There’s no shortage of fun activities to fill your days!

You’ll also be 6.5 miles to Irving Convention Center, as well as our very own entertainment hub, The Toyota Music Factory. The soul of the entire DFW Metroplex, it features an open-air pavilion for live music, along with a movie theater, restaurants, and bars. In this same area, you’ll also find Lake Carolyn and the Mandalay Canal walk, a peaceful and charming section of Las Colinas. It’s the perfect gathering spot for those wanting to take a break from all the sight-seeing! And while you’re here, be sure not to miss the Mustangs of Las Colinas bronze sculpture and museum.

We are a cozy home in a very safe and peaceful neighborhood in the suburbs of Irving. This home is very well located you will be able to find our closest grocery store just 1.5 mile away!! At just 1.5 miles away you will be able to find a various amount of restaurants to enjoy with your friends and family!

- ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 7 OR MORE GUESTS -

Our nightly rate includes the first 6 guests. With each additional guest, a USD 39/night fee will be applied.

The extra bedroom will only be opened for groups of 8 or more guests (upon request with a 2 weeks notice)

- ENTERTAINMENT -

Our smart TV is equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, YouTube along with cable TV. You will need to use your personal log in information

Pool maintenance is scheduled every other week, the pool guy will enter using the backyard gate.

Pool can be heated by request at booking time. Due to rising natural gas prices a service fee of $150/day can be added to your reservation in order to test ahead of your stay. This fee is to use the heater for the pool or the hot tub. The minimum is 2 nights!

- The hot tub doesn't have strong jets but has bubbles-

-The grounds keeper will go every other week-

- Security cameras -
For safety purposes we have 2 cameras installed in the front door facing the front yard and In front of the garage facing the cars/pool area this will be recorded 24/7 for security purposes not inside the house to keep your privacy.

- Please note: Any violation of the house rules will cost the security deposit and it will be no refundable.

- This home has a garden/pool area. You may see wildlife in the yard and the occasional outdoor insect making an indoor appearance. (IE: Spider, ladybug, ants or even a bee). None of these bugs are harmful and we are happy to remove them we work very hard to keep the house clean and we have pest/bug control -
