Welcome to LS3 – Seville Estate, a private luxury retreat located within one of eight exclusive estates in our 20-acre gated community. We proudly own and operate all of the estates offered on VRBO ensuring consistent quality, attentive service, and a seamless guest experience. Seville Estate is conveniently located as the last house on the left after entering the main gate, offering added privacy and space for your group getaway.

Resort-Style Outdoor Living

The expansive outdoor areas are designed for both relaxation and recreation. Enjoy a swimming pool with waterfall spa, unwind beneath the poolside palapa, or gather for meals in the outdoor dining area with a Weber BBQ. Stay cool with the outdoor misting system, or enjoy evenings around both a gas firepit and wood-burning firepit. The charming courtyard with wood-burning fireplace adds a cozy gathering space, perfect for cooler nights.

For active fun, the estate features a pickleball court, bocce ball court, putting green, and outdoor ping pong table, offering something for every age and interest.

Indoor Entertainment & Smart Comfort

Inside, guests will find an arcade and billiard room for nonstop entertainment. The home is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, a wall-mounted iPad, Nest thermostats, and TVs throughout with direct streaming. A professional indoor-outdoor SONOS sound system allows you to enjoy music and entertainment throughout the property.

Awesome Girls Trip

A group of 12 ladies enjoyed our annual trip in Laguna Seca, Seville house. The owner and manager were fantastic, they responded immediately if we had questions and provided us with recommendations for local services. The house had everything we needed and the grounds with pickleball, pool, bocce ball, kept us busy. The house was clean and very comfortable. We will definitely be coming back in the future It’s a perfect spot for a group

The location of the property was terrific. The property manager was extremely nice and very responsive. The only negative features are that the property should provide more towels, more silverware, and the dining room chairs need renovation. But overall you will not be disappointed and it is greatly recommended

We had a lovely stay at this property and would definitely stay again. Home was well appointed with everything we needed to meal prep and cook. The property has many comfortable common areas, both inside and out, for groups to spend time. Yard was beautiful with blooming citrus trees, and our group enjoyed the Pickle Ball court and hot tub. The area was quiet with low traffic. Was a very enjoyable experience.

Desert Vacation

We spent the majority of our time in the swimming pool. Unfortunately we did have one day that the pool was not usable due to malfunction with the filter. The following morning the pool repair man came and had the pool clear within four hours. We all had a great vacation lots of family time and memories made!

Fabulous Place for a Family Holiday

This was our 11th VRBO rental for gathering our large family, and, although we have enjoyed the others, everyone agrees this was absolutely the best of them all. What we loved was the overall spaciousness of the villa and sleeping arrangements. The roominess of the living areas, patio area, kitchen and casitas was so well suited to a large group. The amenities were outstanding- we have an active family and the pickle ball court was a super hit. The younger kids were thrilled with the pool, putting green, pool table, and there was even an arcade game. Dawn responded quickly to any questions, and when we asked about more towels, new plush ones were delivered immediately. We definitely plan a return visit to this villa!

Big house with awesome pool

It really is all of 7800 sf. Gigantic prime bedroom with multiple other rooms / buildings to house yourself and friends. Real reason to stay here is for the outdoor features - pool, hot tub, bocce, putting green, covered dining area and more are all really nicely put together. Subtracting one star because indoor areas are starting to show their age and the one question I asked during my stay was not returned. No big deal but would have been since if they were more responsive.

We were not aware of the rooster located right behind the property that woke everyone up at the crack of dawn. None of the sliding doors would lock. We didn’t feel safe and didn’t want to leave merchandise there. Couldn’t locate the manual on how things worked. That should be visible.

Nice Property for a relaxing vacation

The property is nice and in a great gated neighborhood. I agree with another review, the property is starting to show its wear and needs some maintenance. The communication with the property manager wasn’t great. We had some issues and had a hard time getting responses. It would be nice if guests had a key to the neighborhood main gate to exit on foot. Also, our biggest complaint was that you could not lock the home when you left the house. They didn’t provide a key to the property and there wasn’t keyless entry. This was concerning because although it’s a gated community, there are several homes in the community and many are other rentals. We had valuables in the home that we didn’t want to take with us to dinner.

Family reunion of 18

We stayed at the Seville for Thanksgiving week. Owner was terrific in helping me figure out where to put everyone on the house plus they brought two comfy cots so we could be more flexible with sleeping arrangements. Heated pool was great for kids as was bocce court & ping pong table. Adults enjoyed fire pits outside in the pm with glasses of wine! Mattresses were very very comfy, soft towels, and lots of kitchenware including spices. We cooked at pm throughout trip. Brand new stove:oven and fridge with another in garage. Great place for a large group!!!!

Extremely Unpleasant Experience

I would not recommend the Seville to anyone. To begin with, the VRBO pictures do not look like the house in person. It is very dated with mismatched furniture, poor lighting, and countless appliances, etc. that did not work properly. We had to walk around the entire property to look for golf balls, clubs, pickleball paddles and balls hoping to enjoy these games. We never located all of them. Upon arrival we noticed that one of the ac units (in the upstairs casita) was squealing and making a terrible noise. I immediately notified Dawn, the property manager. It was never fixed. Our family with 2 small children under 4 had to deal with the noise the entire stay. The oven did not work properly. We made pizzas the first night, which we had to broil. Additionally, the gas stovetop made a continuous clicking noise when lit. When I brought this to Richard, the owner’s attention, he said they had a new heating element on order. The dishwasher had a large, broken metal piece and you had to fight to get the bottom rack out. Apparently, they also had a dishwasher on order. I can’t understand how this property was considered rentable with two broken kitchen appliances. Furthermore, the cabinets were in disarray and there was little in the way of aluminum foil, Saran Wrap, food storage bags, trash bags, and cleaners (things you would typically find in a VRBO home). The bathrooms had a tiny bar soap and hotel size shampoo and conditioner. We had to scour to find a hairdryer. We could not get the pool lights to work and could not connect to Sonos to play music. (It only connected in the dining room.) There was a power outage that left us in the dark and with no ac for several hours. (This, I know, is beyond anyone’s control.) I smelled gas the day before we checked out. The gas company came to investigate. The gentleman was in and out of the house for 3+ hours, creating quite a disturbance. He red tagged a firepit in the courtyard and determined there was a great deal of corrosion and a leak. We later discovered he left a 2x2 mess of dirt in the master closet that he never bothered to clean up. I have rented several properties through VRBO and each one was well maintained, clean, and met or exceeded our expectations. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the Seville. I understand minor hiccups can occur, but this property had too many to count. In the end, we were not able to relax and enjoy the home.

Wedding party all together in one house

Great Stay

We had a great stay here over MDW. Richard was easy to communicate with. The house had plenty of room for 18 and we especially enjoyed the pool. The beds were clean and comfortable. The house is a bit older but is kept clean and everything in working order. Will definitely return to this or another house in the community!
